I had a similar experience with my niece wondering how to spell "chudduh" We told her "that isn't a word what are you trying to write?" "Mom and Dad love ee chudduh"
Boy does this hit home as my kindergarten Short Person wants to sound out EVERYTHING she sees! I'm excited for her, but a little worn out.
I'm also thinking it's time to start censoring the written word around here (dirty birthday cards, funny magnets, etc).
