I'm Starting To Feel A Little Picked On Here...

Bo brought this home yesterday and a minute after I saw it, I had the phone in hand to call J. What I didn't realize was Bo was watching me like a hawk and said, "Don't call anyone and tell them about it Mom!" I don't know what he's being so touchy about, I didn't just bring home a picture of him towering over every person in his family. Like some kind of behemoth...

I sent a note to his teacher that said, "Next time, I think you need to include in the instructions, 'If you happen to have a mother that is big boned, and your father is not, please do not exaggerate it so much, it's offensive'." I'll let you know if my helpful suggestion is something she'll consider.

p.s. the upside, I totally turned down the cookies someone offered me repeatedly, last night at work. This image was way too fresh in my mind...

LMAO! ( I wish laughing my ass off was possible, but I did laugh hard.)
I heart Bo.

Wow...you look like a super mutant in that pic! I mean that in the most complimentary way! I love that you are all holding hands...showing the love!

that's a great drawing. i didn't think you were that big, though. perhaps it's not drawn to scale. ;)

I took a psychology class once...so I'm totally an expert. When a child draws one parent "larger" than the other it shows whom the child most respects. (c:

On the plus side, (no pun intended) looks like you could just reach up and put the Christmas lights on without a ladder.

You were having a good hair day!

I want to know what the numbers on J's and Bo's shirts mean.
Gracias.

And that is why I'm glad I married someone a foot taller than me. Makes me seem a bit smaller than I actually am.
Maybe it's just Bo's way of saying that he has a very big love for you.

Is it just me, or are you also taking off your clothes?

Your neck alone is taller than any of your kids. Impressive.

The "if you have two families" part in the instructions, it's kind of a downer.

OMG! Reminds me of when browsing cooking magazines, my then 8 year old offered me an issue of Weight Watchers. Glad I'm not the only one.

My interpretation here.....

Barenecked Lady is headed in the right direction.

You are the leader in Bo's life. He looks up to you and sees you as someone who can protect him and can handle the things that he cannot and that can protect him from the big, bad, and scary.

I like how skinny your house is. I need to get my book out for that one. JK.

Hey. . . he also drew a rocket ship right next to you. And you're almost as tall. That's cool.

I cannot believe that is not standard instructions in the first place! I mean, honestly, you should not have to ask.

PS: Maybe it's it a representational drawing of who he loves the most. You win!

CSL. (That's "can't stop laughing" because it is against my religion to put LOL, and Tori already took "LMAO.")

That may be the best school-drawn picture ever.
